A Little About Our Council Member

Easily recognizable in his Cowboy hat and overalls, and his wife, Shirley by his side.

Born in Blum, Texas, USA in 19XX, well, let’s just say he’s 39!

Served his country in Company C of the United States Army and continues to serve his country as a proud veteran and citizen.

Worked for Freedman Construction for 25 years/ still worked 25 more years in Planning & Construction for U.T.A.

Has served on the City of River Oaks City Council for over 33 years collectively and has been a member of numerous civic organizations: 

Lion’s Club 35 years

Blue Lodge  55 years
 
Shriner’s 54 years

Carpenter’s Lodge 
over 30 years

Not to mention all of the Boards and Committees he’s served on over the years.
Has a ranch in Alvord.
Always helps those in need, generous as the day is long!!!
