Posted on June 26th, 2020

With the increased number of hospitalizations and the positivity rate in Texas increased above 10%, the governor ordered the closing of bars across the state at noon today, but they can continue to sell alcoholic beverages for take-out only. On Monday (June 29) restaurants will have to scale back to 50% in-dining occupancy. Also in the order, outdoor gatherings of 100+ people must be approved by local governments, with certain exceptions. (Enclosed is a copy of Executive Order GA-28)
