Uncodified Ordinances

Ordinances although fully adopted may not have been codified at this time into the River Oaks Code of Ordinances (“the Code”). For your convenience uncodified ordinances are included herein for easy reference. Certain exhibits although fully incorporated into the Code contain detailed technical data subject to frequent change. These exhibits are kept separate and apart from the Code since they would unreasonably lengthen the code and therefore are maintained as public record in the office of the city secretary available for public inspection and copying during regular business hours.
