Meet Your Mayor
OFFICE of the MAYOR
Welcome to the City of River Oaks!
We want you to feel welcome here and enjoy all the wonderful things River Oaks has to offer, whether you are moving into the City or visiting. We are proud of our reputation as a clean, safe and friendly City and we are happy to share it with you.
River Oaks is a community of approximately 7,000 people and is strategically located in a prime location, close to downtown Fort Worth, the western Loop 820 area and the North and South sides of Fort Worth. Our City is home to many long time residents who helped pioneer the charm of River Oaks and new residents and families who are helping shape River Oaks’ future. Often described as a “Leave It To Beaver” town reminiscent of the 1950s, River Oaks welcomes new citizens and visitors alike with the same old-time warmth you grew to love in days gone by.
Thank you for visiting our web site and we look forward to seeing you.
