Changes Coming With Utility Civic App

The processing fees was originally planned to be changed as of October 1st, but due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the city or its staff has delayed the change and at this time we do not have a confirmed date of when that will happen. Going forward, customers will be required to pay a processing fee on utility payments made through My Civic Utilities Mobile App and the Municipal On-line Payments Website.
