Reminder that In a letter sent to residents on December 23, 2025, all water utility bill payment services through The Payment Group will be discontinued on February 1, 2026. Customers can use our online self-portal to make payments, view bills, and set up auto-pay by visiting www.municipalonlinepayments.com/riveroakstx.
